The four knurled nuts are designed to be used with an elastic cord supporting one or multiple pieces of backing, horizontally or vertically, simple and fast placement, firmly keeping pieces of backing that completely cover the hoop for large embroideries, or small pieces of backing for simple and small embroideries.
