LGB 32590 Pennsylvania G Gauge Streamlined Observation Passenger Car

first i know nothing about trains so if it doesnt like right dont assume it is ask.  if you arent sure dont buy  shipping on these is going to be expensive save us all a lot of headaches and be SURE before you buy.
these were bought in an estate but looks essentially "new" to me.  not sure this has been out of the box   i opened the box but did not remove. there is no bag of plastic parts like the others had still has sleeve  on the box.    1 box is slightly creased still good  also in that same one is the loose piece you see.  this will be last shipped
