Using method 1:
1.Place the clean up steel plate or sheet fixed and fix screws;
2.Drop a moderate amount of photosensitive slurry through a straw in the center of the steel plate or sheet steel;
3.Close the cover , open the observation window;
4.Turn on the power supply, gently rotate potential switch, from low rotation speed, rotation and through the observation window to observe the photosensitive slurry by centrifugal distribution (photosensitive slurry affected by centrifugal force from the center to evenly spread around);
5.After photosensitive slurry is full of steel plate,close the window cover, appropriate to speed up the speed, the photosensitive slurry on the surface of the steel plate to achieve the right thickness.
6.Adjust the potential switch to the lowest closing gear, and then turn the power off, users can take out the steel plate in the process of drying process.
Using method 2:
1.Place the clean up steel plate or sheet fixed and fix screws;
2.Close the cover , open the obseration window;
3. Drop a moderate amount of photosensitive slurry through a straw in the center of the steel plate or sheet steel; (users also can turn on the power first, gently rotate potential switch, in the condition of low speed spinning, will right amount photosensitive slurry drops through a straw in the center of the steel plate or sheet steel; while rotating drops of photosensitive slurry while observing)
4.Turn on the power supply, gently rotate potential switch, from low rotation speed, rotation and through the observation window to observe the photosensitive slurry by centrifugal distribution (photosensitive slurry affected by centrifugal force from the center to evenly spread around);
5.After photosensitive slurry is full of steel plate,close the window cover, appropriate to speed up the speed, the photosensitive slurry on the surface of the steel plate to achieve the right thickness.
6.Adjust the potential switch to the lowest closing gear, and then turn the power off, users can take out the steel plate in the process of drying process.
